Classic Monkfruit Sweetener with Allulose - White Sugar Replacement

I like the sweetness this provides for tea. However, I have found that drinking several glasses causes digestive issues. I used this product for a homemade chocolate cake with icing (4 cups). The results were terrible. The cake was like rubber and the icing never set. Big disappointment for a $25 homemade treat. With all of this said, I appreciate having an option for a sweet drink. I will continue to use this product in the future in moderation.
