Vegetable Mix in oil (Giardiniera)

Love it. Right balance of oil and vinegar.

These are OMGdeliciuos! Beautifully and securely wrapped for tras-atlantic shipping. Only one problem...out of almost a dozen jars one jar of peppers was not sealed properly, way too easy for me to open (arthritis makes it difficult sometimes) and no popping sound when I unscrewed the jar. I discarded them rather than take a chance on eating them. Things happen though and that will not deter me from purchasing again. This is a superior product.
