Very supportive pillow!
I mostly sleep on my back so opted for the soft and very happy with the supportive yet comfortable feel. Side sleeping is super comfortable as well - no neck pain or issues at all. I do recommend that you get a sheet set or at least the pillow cases as the pillow is slightly larger than a conventional King pillow case. We also got the pillow protectors - those are a must as well for protecting your investment for years to come.
