In general, very satisfied. However, my husband notes his clear coffee cups have a hazy look when the load is done. We do use a rinse detergent. We only put 1 teaspoon of the etee detergent as recommended, so I don't think we're using too much of the powder. I'm a real fan of etee's environmental awareness and the fact that you're a Canadian company! Keep it up!

cleans well but leaves a film

I'm impressed with the product's cleaning powder while using such a small amount per load, but it's leaving a noticeable film on clear glass dishes. I've tried adjusting the amount up and down, with the same result. I use white vinegar as a rinse agent. Going back to my previous product which doesn't leave a film. Kudos for your efforts to eliminate plastic & reduce overall waste. I hope you can solve the film issue.

Struggling to love it

Still struggling with the cutlery being extremely cloudy and anything silicone is left with a thick white coating. I really really rinse my dishes good before they are loaded too, and I've been using less powder than ever and still having problems. I don't want to give up on it though because I love all of your products. I might have to just start washing all my cutlery by hand.
