Never thought I would need a heavy hanger in my life, but this thing is awesome! Load up the vest as heavy as you want, the hanger is rock solid!

Confort & Performance
I can do hands free squads & lunges, Tricep-Dips Feel Great!!, I have yet to discover some more exercises such pull-ups & chins, the vest seems really sturdy, I have used only a couple of 10 lb plates.
