I got these for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved them! They look great, the colors are really vivid, and we couldn't be happier with them.

Controller was malfunctioning

From first use, controller was malfunctioning. Customer service was so slow and difficult to deal with that it was literally faster to order another starter kit to get a replacement controller than it was waiting on them to ship it out. After enough hassle they finally did. Looks good on the wall, but black panels are very situational. I’m also concerned about the long term availability of replacement panels for a product that they say is available for only a limited time. It’s a huge investment for a big display, having long term parts availability and better customer service would be nice. They aren’t bad, but I would not choose black panels again due to the issues I mentioned.
