BAGGU Mini Shoulder Bag - Recycled

The bag is really nice, the colour is fun and material is great and looks hard wearing. Its got great zips and a handle I can adjust as I need. I was so disappointed though in the way it arrived, folded in half in a paper bag - for the price you pay you miss out of the customer service ‘fun’ part of ordering something. No tissue paper or card, no sticker or anything on the packet just makes the customer miss out on the special touch. I also run a small business so I know how hard it is, and how much people value a special touch.
