This bootie is beautiful but I absolutely COULD NOT get my foot through the shaft to get it into the boot. No way, no how. Tried with and without socks, tried different shoe horns, tried muscling them on. No luck. I got an 8.5 and had to get a half size bigger just to get my foot in. I have other Lane boots in 8.5 and have no problem at all with them. I am 5'6" and 130 lbs., no cankles or anything so I was dumbfounded by this one. I am wearing them although they are a bit big, but at least I can get my foot in them.

Cute Comfy and surprisingly Rugged

This is my first purchase of Lane boots and I am happy with them. Good fit, tru to size, even slightly larger, which was good for my insole, stood the test of dancing and walking for a weekend of Kid Rock's Rock the Country. The GA mud just added to the look! I love them and would purchase another.
