Medium Taylor Tote Bag - Black

The bag is lovely but if I had known the hassle of getting it delivered I wouldnt have ordered. It took 15 full days . The first bag got "lost" the replacement also "missed its connection" and i was told it was lost then it magically appeared. I was lied to, gaslit and had to jump through hoops to eventually get it. When it arrived the "free gift" never came with it. Ella did kindly send me a link to purchase the missing "free". I would never order from them again.

Nice but however it’s overpriced for what it is.

I’ve been looking for a bag to take on holiday for a long time even ordered a couple and sent them back but the tote bag from you was perfect it so well made and can’t wait to use it saving it for my holiday . Will be ordering again from you .
