Willow Top Handle Tote Bag Dark Brown Suede

Bag itself was beautiful. But how it is packaged is a let down. In a plastic bag in another plastic bag. It cheapens it and it’s such a shame because the bag is gorgeous… For the price a simple fabric bag with a logo/name on it should come as standard. If your business says it designs bespoke luxury bags it shouldn’t arrive in a see through plastic bag, it such a small thing that lets it down and easily rectified to elevate your brand

This was bought as a birthday present for a friend. She loved it. I can't say anymore than that!

Really like it but thought that the personalisation came in gold and not just stamped into the bag
