I ordered this tea together with a Bulang to explore the signature of Guangdong storage and the differences in regional origin. A very interesting experiment. I recommend two quick rinses to move past the dominant humid storage and age funk and get closer to the tea’s terroir. With the Bulang, the regional character comes forward clearly, with the storage influence remaining in the background. The Nannuo tells the opposite story: age and storage notes lead, while the terroir stays more subtle. Enjoy your journey.

Delicious. Nice strong earthy flavors, definitely a good example of an aged sheng.
