Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced

I had a pin fall out of one of their belt buckles, so I emailed their customer support explaining what had happened. That was at 10:31 a.m. I received an email back 4 minutes later at 10:35 a.m. By 10:56 a.m. I received an email confirmation that a replacement belt buckle was on its way. I have never had a customer service experience like that in my life. THE BEST! I also happen to really like their belts and the buckle system. I am a repeat customer. Just this past Christmas I received a 3-pack set as a gift from my daughter. Great gift! Anson belts are the only belts I have worn since my first purchase. My only regret is not sending this review earlier. My belt broke in January of 2023. Thank you Anson Belt & Buckle Company!
