I have been taking this for abou one month. I like that it's been tested and is organic. Elderberry as one os its ingredients is a big plus in my opinion. There has been no significant change in my well-being, but maybe it takes more than one month to notice a difference.

This stuff gives me so much energy! I actually had the zoomies a few days just like my cats do sometimes! I got so much done around the house! Going to be taking this every day!
