Great Concept and Excellent Customer Service
I love this concept in general and it made it easy for me to put together a care package with great things to choose from. The customer service is also excellent and very helpful! Can’t wait to use y’all again!

Effortlessly thoughtful!
It was so easy to customize a beautiful gift box and shipping was so fast. The recipient especially loved the handwritten card. One item was out of stock and customer service quickly reached out to make a substitution. I’ll definitely use Small Packages in the future.

Excellent customer success team!
Our team members were grateful and super appreciative of the packages, and we deeply appreciate the care of the CS team to make sure they arrived to their homes in a timely fashion (in spite of some delays due to how we addressed the packages).
