Shimotsuke Fluorescent Green Tenkara Level Line

Love the color and casting performance!

This line is very easy to visually locate right after the cast…I use the 3.5 & 3.0 as the butt section, taper to an orange 2.5 NISSIN ONI Ryu as a sighter on the tippet end. Gives me a nice crisp cast. Only minor grumble is that I find the stiffness of the line difficult to tie blood knots in with arthritic fingers. Oh well… casting performance is what matters on the river.

My post cataract surgery eyes were having a hard time picking up orange level lins. This high viz green works great for me .

Good choice of level line

Bought this level line after reading reviews. I like that it has low memory so that you’re spending more time fishing and less time straightening out coils in the line.
