They are amazing for most projects. To can’t seem to get an 8x8 to fit into it well because the embroidery field seems to sit a tiny bit further back than the original hoop, but all other sizes work amazingly and that’s what I got them for. They are great for floating your project so that you don’t have hoop burn and for the smaller stuff. My main reason for ordering these was to have the free arm available on a larger sewing field for stitching on sleeves. The 3x4 is perfect for this and the words look so much better than when I had to make them 2x2 with the original hoops.
