Top notch experience all around! My dad was pleased to have sharp kitchen knives for Father’s Day.

A sharp knife is safer than a dull knife!

Took the knife sharpening class to start the journey of sharpening knives. I have been interested in these skills ever since my grandfather told me “A sharp knife is safer than a dull knife”. This seemed to be the opposite of what I thought but the phrase has stuck in my mind most of my life. I finally understood the phrase and now really believe it. Starting to learn the skills, tools, techniques and differences in knife scales, blade design, and blade steels is most interesting to me. Stopping the purchasing of a new knife when the previous knife became dull is over forever. Lots more to learn but already incorporating this new skill into my life. Thank-you!
