Great name and accurate description of the time needed
Excellent source for rewiring thoughts and behaviors from childhood that do not work for us in adult hood. I am a therapist and recommend for my patients frequently.

Helps me appreciate the little things
I am on my second journal which i purchased 6 months after completing my first one. The 6 months where I was not doing the journal, I noticed I was less positive and didn't feel as mindful about my days. My favorite part is reflecting on the 3 best things that happened each day and being able to look back as a diary of sorts. I really enjoy the daily journaling with a structure.
