The experience of the ordering process for the steamer was very simple and straightforward. The steamer was ordered from Japan and arrived to our location in Alaska within a very reasonable amount of time. There was a brief delay when, unbeknownst to me, a tariff was assessed and had to be paid before the delivery could be resumed. Aside from this, the delivery was made in a reasonable amount of time. Considering that the package was delivered from Japan, the box and contents were undamaged and in very good condition. Overall, very pleased with the experience. Would order from this company again and highly recommend others.
