The flashlight is very powerful and good amount of functions. Easy lockout function. Goes from 5 lumens to 5000 lumens with one button. If needed for protection you have quick access to both 3000 and 5000 lumen brightness, which would easily blind an attacker. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the battery can not be replaced. The battery has a life cycle of 500 charges, per Nitecore, which means if you are a frequent user of the flashlight and recharge often you may get a much shorter lifespan from the unit.

Awesome Flashlight !!!!

This was everything I was looking for, sturdy construction, ease of operation, and great battery life. Used mostly for aviation inspections. The added quick flood light option works great. This option does heat the end of the flashlight, but 5000 Lumen will do that. Selectable brightness works great and the charge indicators display easily. Would love to see a removeable battery next time around.

This is definitely one of the better flashlights out there. The brightness in the turbo is amazing-two, one at 3000 L and the other at 5000 L. Also the battery is encased in the light which I like very much. The tail switch is well made and easy to use going through the other lesser modes which are 5, 70, 300 and 1300 L.
