When I first received the Women's El Dorado Top Hat, I immediately was impressed with the packaging and hat quality. There was an issue, however. The hat was quite crooked at the top, more than subtlety. I contacted customer service, was responded to within a days time, and was able to ship the hat back and request an exchange. They sent me a new hat very quickly. It is slightly uneven at the top, but so much better than the hat I initially received. This one is only subtlety crooked, where it would be very unlikely for others to notice. I understand these things happen as nothing is "perfect", but I felt the first one shouldn't have been sent out that crooked. With that being said, the hat is gorgeous. It feels and looks like quality, is clean, unique, and has a nice weight. It seems this company truly cares about their customer's satisfaction and strives to give excellent service and products. I already have my eye on another of their hats and may make another purchase soon. Overall I am pleased and am glad to have taken a chance on this company. Thank you.
