Terrible Customer Service

I will never purchase from AMScope again. In my opinion they treat their customers very poorly. I tried to explain to multiple staff members about my problems with their products. The staff members I dealt with did not even listen to me or try to understand what I was talking about. Instead, they came with completely irrelevant responses or totally ignored me. I am a professional biologist that uses microscopes daily for work as well as for home study. It took a lot of my time to try to get help with my product issues. In the end the company ignored me and I never got any resolution to the issues.
