Best Customer Care and Amazing Wheel!!

I have a folding travel wheel but wanted one that was more of a statement, a fixture in our main room, as well as one that would be an amazing spinning companion. I came across Revolution Fibers in my search and am so glad I ordered from them. I had questions up front, which were promptly answered, and I was traveling so although they would have shipped next day, they held it for me and kept in communication to be sure they shipped it to be delivered when I was back home. It arrived, I assembled it in under an hour, and although I normally take a little bit of time to find my sweet spot, this very polite wheel gave me take up and perfect tension from the first rotation. I love her, and have named her Lady Minerva. She sits proudly in our living room and looks as though she owns the place. I will be a Kromski and Revolution Fibers customer for life.
