Good for beginners, not as much resistance as I hoped for.

Sturdy, easy to assemble

First purchase of any exercise equipment. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. Only disappointment is that, while it is Bluetooth, it isn’t the regular fitness machine Bluetooth so it won’t connect to anything accept the Sunny fitness app - which I am not excited about using. I really wanted this rower to connect to my favorite VR apps. Otherwise, an extremely good value for the cost and I use it 3-4 times a week.
