Great product.

Excellent customer engagement skills as well as being technical. I have been fortunate to have different types of boiler/stills (glass, Alembic, Stovetop, and Stainless Steel 20L units), as well as mentors. Still a lot to learn though! This unit is so far on a par with my best ones. Tried it out first with some Lavandula angustifolia and it went well. I did not have much material as I have already did the majority of my Summer distillations. Next year, I plan to use it much more. So grateful that the friendly people at Copper Pro are in this business! Ra
