I first started buying these boxers for my boyfriend last may, he absolutely loves them and now won't wear anythibg else. They're so soft and comfortable.

At first, wack. After support, wicked.

This was my second order with a subscription I'm doing for my husband, so I wasn't sure how long shipping would take. But when it was saying “creating label” for a week, I was thinking that's pretty wack. So I reached out to customer support, and they straight up were honest and said they goofedin the shipping department; they sent me a new order right away and the other order came with it.
