DonnaBella always has beautiful extensions. I’ve been wearing their hair for six years. However, I ordered the new light gray shade because that’s what I was told would look the best with my silver tone hair. It’s terrible. It looks nothing like the photos they have posted. and in fact, it has dark brown/black streaks throughout it.  my hair is platinum, blonde, toned, silver I won’t even risk shipping it back before my appointment because anytime I FedEx some thing that ends up stolen at the FedEx location It passes through. I’m just let down I feel as though they should have better quality photos of the new gray/Silver line. I spent $500 and now I have to change my own hair to match these extensions. I’ve never experienced this problem until now.
