I researched for two years in finding my new couch. I was really interested in non-toxic materials and it being made here in the USA. I am so thrilled with my Rio bumper sectional ! It is SO comfortable and the material is gorgeous. The customer service was fabulous too. I called because I was deciding between two fabrics. The kind woman in customer service asked me - “do you have any free wine ?” At first I was a little freaked out because I just had poured some ! After I told her that she told me to pour red wine on both swatches, rub it around, wait a few minutes and then wash them and see which one came out better. They both came out like magic !! I ended up going with huckleberry chenille snow I also have a big dog who is of course allowed on the couch and it has stayed very clean !!! I am obsessed. This is also the only piece of furniture in my smaller living area so it is perfect. It opens up the whole room ! I have been enjoying falling asleep on the couch accidentally every night !

Comfort and Quality

We were pretty skeptical of the Medley purchase process, particularly not being able to sit on the couch. The swatch really only gives a general idea of what a full couch upholstered in that fabric looks like - the couch we received was lighter than the swatch - verified by laying the swatch on the received couch - but the end result exceeded our expectations. The Medley couch is extremely comfortable and supportive. The cushions have a heft and a compliance that we've never felt before. The fabric is surprisingly soft for a synthetic fabric and wipes easily, though hasn't been tested by a major spill yet. It appears to be very long lasting. How it wears will be interesting to see. We hope it lives up to the description, with high confidence so far that it will.

So happy with our new sofa!

We have been talking about replacing our old sofa for years and are only sad we didn't do it sooner. This sofa is so comfortable and we love the Juneberry Peppercorn linen blend color. I definitely recommend ordering swatches in advance as that helped a lot in picking the right fabric and color. Our delivery did take longer than the estimate online, so if you have a specific time frame I would call and ask directly, otherwise expect it to take longer.
