Great Customer Service

There was a malfunction with our leash. I sent photos as to what went wrong. The response was within hours and a new leash was on it's way immediately. The problem is being reviewed by the UP Dog team and I looked forward to continued customer service.

Well built, Quality leash

I bought this because of the clasp and magnet concept. Overall I'm very pleased with it; however there is room for improvement. The clasp is a little to stiff and the rough edge of the pinch point hurts my wife's fingers to the point that she wont use it. I suggest smoothing off the sharp edge of the the pinch point and lightening up the spring to make it easier to open. I personally don't have any issues, but you know the saying... happy wife, happy life!
