Fresco O'payo Profundo

We bought 15 bars of 100% chocolate, for a tasting. We found the o'payo to be smooth in texture. The main flavor notes we tasted were smoky, leather, tobacco, sour, one person said it was a manly flavor(masculine).

Very good

Fresco makes great chocolate and this bar is no exception. Balanced as described, and great with fruit or coffee.
