I bought this to replace an IWC pilot strap. The quality of the strap is as good or better than OEM and the buckle gives a nice positive feeling latch.

Not Happy at all

I was disappointed to see a $15 return fee applied, attributed to postage and administrative costs. While the amount itself is not significant, it’s the principle that is concerning. For a premium product at this price point, I would expect a more customer-friendly return policy. Policies like this leave a negative impression—especially within a watch community that is tight-knit and highly influenced by shared experiences. While the product itself is strong, this approach to returns reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. As a result, I will not be purchasing from Artem again and will be candid about my experience when asked.

Artem Strap

I had stopped using this watch but the Artem strap has given it a new lease of life. Looks awesome, wearing it all the time now!!
