Pastel 20oz Tumbler with Slide Lid

Disappointed

I was disappointed that it wasn't the right color when it arrived. I was looking for a pastel pink and I got a rose gold color (the color is pretty, just not what I ordered). I also asked to have it engraved but that didn't happen & no one communicated to me after I sent an email to support at the same time as my order asking if I ordered it correctly. It was just 1 item so I didn't think I needed to order through the team ordering since there is a minimum order there. The quality of the tumbler is amazing and I love the slide lid, it's just not what I thought I was ordering...disappointed.
