Did not honor appointments!!!

Very disappointed in this spa! We had appointments booked 3 weeks ahead of time & drive from Mississippi & Florida to celebrate a birthday with these spa treatments as gifts only to get to the spa & the owner was out of town & no appointments were honored nor did anyone reach out to us to cancel appointments. They also did not comp or honor a future booking! I would not recommended this spa!
