The comforter is not heavy, but has the loft, & snuggly feel of a very plush comforter. I have used it in bedroom temperatures ranging from 64F to 70F, & it was perfect. (I tend to be a sleeper who gets very warm in the night) It’s well constructed, as expected from The Down & Feather Company. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Worth Every Penny

I love my 800 Snuggle Soft Down Comforter in the Year-Round fill and literally never had as comfortably warm a comforter as this one. It's lightweight, yet just right as far as warmth (I am very petite at 5'3", 105 lb, and I keep my home between 68 and 70 in the winter). I no longer wake up cold. It's amazing. No issues with allergies, either. Other than a cotton sheet and a duvet cover, this is all I need to keep cozy at night. I will only buy from Down & Feather Co.

Snuggling, we feel like we have won the day!

When we finally snuggle under our Down and Feather comforter we feel like we have won the day. — Customer Service (David) gave us excellent guidance to make our choices. Lightness of 800 loft worked for us. Went with cream/ivory. Put a narrow runner at the bottom for color. We never iron the cover, loving the random pattern. We use a sheet under the comforter washed regularly that spares washing the cover as much. We used blankets or quilts before so we needed guidance making choices. Now, we would never go back. … Pillows next!
