Pillow firmness

My wife slept on the pillow I gave her for Christmas on December 25’th,2023. The pillow is firm and wondering if it will get a little softer? Other than that,she loves it, hoping it will soften

The pillow is fantastic. Did not realize how much I needed to replace my pillow until I got my new pillow. Will be ordering another one to replace the second pillow on my bed!

Horrible Customer Service

Pillow was very nice however it order to send it back for a pillow adjustment FedEx wanted $120 which makes their offer for free adjustments worthless. Reached out to customer service through contact us and never heard back. Called only to get transferred to a voice mail that gave me an automated response. 3 attempts and still no answers. I finally gave up and just returned the pillow!
