Shear Revival | Crystal Lake Water Based Pomade

First time using water based pomade or any pomade at all

Great product. Very easy to apply. The smell is great and the feeling it leaves in the hair is nice, it didn’t make my hair feel crunchy which I was worried about before using it. I have medium slightly wavy hair that gets frizzy and dry after shower, this product handled the frizz well and it didn’t weigh down my 6 inches length hair. It has Medium hold, but you can get more hold if you add a little bit to damp hair, style, dry and add a bit more after the hair is dried. It held great and don’t lose its hold from 8 am in the morning till midnight when I went to sleep. The shine is medium and natural, makes your hair look healthy, it’s not matte and rugged or shiny and sleek, it’s a good medium shine that makes you look well-groomed without looking like you put too much effort into it. The scent is really nice and subtle, for me it’s great that it doesn’t linger around much because I don’t want it to interfere with my colognes. It also washes out very easily in the shower. As my first experience with shear revival and first ever pomade, I really liked it.
