I had to return my Inkwell stand because I had selected the wrong color. The quality of the product is amazing. You can feel the quality of the product by the weight of it. The finish is impeccable. But what topped it all of was how easy the return process was. I was given a return label via email, and they initiated sending the replacement as soon as I shipped mine.
