Good ring, slow service

Been having a really hard time returning the ring that does not fit. There are big delays and they often need me to bring them back up to speed. The ring itself is good.

This ring was less than expected, it feels and looks like cheap plastic.

I received the replacement ring in three days! Great fit second time around, and am very pleased with the quality. I absolutely will order again.
