Solid, great looking, well-built wheel

The Outback XLs are great. I am a heavier cyclist and wanted a more robust wheel for my own weight plus loaded panniers, so I was looking for 36-spoke wheels. I also wanted professionally-built and engineered wheels. Of course they should look great, too! Astral delivered, and even got them to me before the Seattle-to-Portland ride so I could take them out for a real spin immediately.

Incredibly, I’m just now getting around to setting up these wheels. Do you recommend running 40-45c tires tubeless on my gravel tandem(325 lb team)? Thanks
