I am the ultimate skeptic. Put off getting this while my husband kept at me to give it a try. I got my pad in the mail today. I have a failed back surgery that causes me constant pain. I have issues with the nerves that control my legs and pelvic floor. I right away got it out of box, read the instructions and laid down for a rest with it on my lower back. I must have fallen asleep and woke up with the unit turned off and 30 minutes had passed. Laying there I felt pretty good. Sat up, not painful. I stood up and for the first time in months didn't wince with pain. It's now hours later and I'm still feeling the effects. My pain isn't gone, but diminished so much after one treatment I know this will be my daily ritual.
