Talalay Latex Pillow

No refund received

The pillow wasn’t the right fit for me so I submitted a return and was told to return it to a charity for a refund which I did and provided documentation (that part I liked and thought was a great concept). I was told the refund was submitted but I still haven’t received it yet and it has been well in excess of 10 days. I just submitted another request to the support team to get this corrected.

I love, love my pillow. It holds my head up just right while still giving it some slack to my neck isn't being forced up to high. Thank you!!

Good. Not thick enough.

Very pleasant texture, both soft and firm. Excellent at keeping cool. Been using it daily since I got it. It's just for me a side sleeper, male, 6'1, 260lb, it's just a bit too thin. Still using it but requires putting an arm underneath.
