Grass Ribeye Steak - Boneless

I have no idea what type of “grass” these grass fed/finished cows are eating, but the ribeyes and NY strips I received are EXTREMELY tough to chew & the fat on these steaks is also very tough and hard to chew! None of the steaks that I bought even had a good taste… Very disappointing considering I had to wait almost a month after paying for my order… These are the lowest quality grass fed/finished steaks I have purchased to date! I will NOT be placing another order! Sincerely, A dissatisfied customer!
