Disappointed

Manufacturing could be improved as some parts were difficult to put together due to inexact production methods. the first gear makes a noise, which disappears in the second. Disappointed that if there is a problem, there is a huge cost charge by Tryden to send it back.

This is the perfect bike , it has everything i'd want, silent, magnetic, good resistance, connected ,easy to assemble, small footprint . However it broke within 1 hour of use .. made really loud noises while pedalling , Customer service said it was bearings and would send me a kit to fix.. however i am not that handy and it seemed way to complicated to open and fix the bearings, plus no videos to show how its done either. Too heavy to ship back. Also there are no shops around ,that are able to service the bike Customer service is great. I got a refund back. Thank you. However i wish the quality was better. Bearings should last a while and customers can't be expected to have tools and ability fix a brand new bike. Also the adjustment nuts are of poor quality.
