Non-existent Customer Service

The first lens had chipped and dirty glass. Called CS several times , long holds, but no answer. Called Sales, quick answer but transferred to CS, long hold and no answer. Finally left email and was sent a replacement which was dirty but could be cleaned. Very disappointing experience.
