Color is misleading and the bodice is tight

This dress is beautiful and timeless. The fabric was not as sheer as I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I don’t see a slip being necessary, bonus! Although I wanted this dress to be a solid 5 stars, sadly in my opinion, it is not. The biggest disappointment was the color eggshell was not as white as I’d hope. It’s more a beige or light tan and completely misleading from the photos. This shade of beige is not very flattering on me at all. The color looks dingy and for my skin tone, it washes me out. I am 5’2, 34A, 130lbs and ordered the PS which I found to be the perfect length but the bodice is very tight and has zero stretch. I have a small chest so I can squeeze in it but if your bigger chested you absolutely MUST size up. I would have returned this if there was a more true white available in this dress but I believe this is as white as this style gets so I will try and make this color work until I can find another timeless staple white dress for my wardrobe.

I am only 4'11 so I struggle to find dresses that don't need some sort of alteration. This dress fit perfectly and the material is so beautiful. Can't wait to wear it out!
