Had trouble getting this order due to a faulty shipper, but customer service was excellent. Pillow is comfortable and better for side and back sleeping.

Love this pillow! I own two full size ones, and I bought the travel size. It’s the only pillow that helps my neck issues.

Neck problems

The pillow took about a week to get used to it. It was fine for a couple weeks, but after, my neck started hurting. The pillow was making my neck worse. It is hard and uncomfortable in all positions. Do not purchase unless you prefer hard and uncomfortable pillows. I missed the trial by 7 days and they would not honor the return. It sat in my room and I completely forgot to reach out due to life, my mistake…. I would not recommend this pillow or this company. Stick with tempurpedic.
