Works great wish the front worked better with remote hard to get frequencies to pass thru grill

I am very dissatisfied, even though the cabinet itself appears to be of good, solid quality. The item arrived with visible damage — one corner was chipped, and a drawee was stuck because the metal panel was bent and it didn’t fit properly into its groove. There was no visible damage to the outer wooden box, but once we unpacked the item, the issues were immediately noticeable. Alex mentioned that the cabinet was inspected before shipping and sent promptly. However, as a customer, I should receive the product in the same condition as it was before shipment. If damage occurred during delivery, it suggests that the packaging was insufficient to protect the item — especially for a piece that costs $4,000. I am requesting a proper response and resolution, such as a replacement, repair, or partial refund, to reflect the damage and inconvenience. Please respond as soon as possible so we can resolve this matter quickly.

The projector cabinet arrived in a crate. The crate had damage but the cabinet didn't. The door on the right side of the cabinet needs to be adjusted. I will have someone do that as I am unable to get down low due to joint issues. The cabinet synched to the projector without any problem. The projector remote must be used directly in front of the center of the cabinet or the projector doesn't respond. Next is to get the 150" screen installed.
