I love this rowing machine. I lost 10 pounds by using my Sunny treadmill and the six week kettlebell plan. I use this rower one day, then the next day I use the treadmill. So it's over other day with the two machines. I feel so much better and slimmer.

Great rower. Quiet, smooth and the adjustable tension varies the workout. Very happy with this rowing machine. Excellent customer support to answer all questions before we bought it.

Love the rowing machine. The only complaint I have is the digital monitor. I wish it was backlit. Hard to read when rowing. No good directions on how to use it. I would pay to upgrade this device.
