Great Mid Layer

Kenai jacket works great as layer under a windproof uninsulated outer layer (different brand). It's not very wind resistant on its own, but quieter than I anticipated and has some stretch. Quiet enough for bowhunting. Smooth surface makes it easy to slide over base layers and under outer layer. It's lightweight and packs well. It made a big difference in 20 degree late season bowhunting weather. It made my 30 degree suit w/ base layers into a 18-20 degree suit. Runs on the slightly on the small side (very athletic fit so trim waist/belly), but that minimizes bunching and helps with layering.

Im Mad

I’m mad because I didn’t buy this a long time ago. This is a must have for cold weather active hunts. I can wear these with a light base layer on as a mid layer or I can wear these directly on my skin.
