Chirp Wheel XL - Super Comfort

Great product! The original 10” wheel is great, but this is like an amplified version of that. It’s more stable and much more comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

I've started using the XL wheel after every shower when my muscles are at their warmest and it's been helping ease out stiff muscles and knots. I would recommend a smaller diameter wheel if you have more lower back pain since I find that the diameter of this wheel fits my lower back and therefore isn't as targeted. But it's been great for getting the knots between my shoulder blades!

I really like this circle thingy! Although I'm a person who needs step by step instruction, I think I've got the hand of it. It's not nearly as brutal as a foam roller, it's sturdy for my plus sized body and feels very comfortable.
